Fitness tracker quest?
What's the reward for Silver's fitness tracker quest in chapter 3? I've already got a free bus pass so I don't walk anywhere, so I'd have to really work hard to walk 42 km in a day. Is it worth trying to complete?

Avg walking speed for a male aged 20 to 29 is around 5 kilometres per hour
That means it takes 2 hours to walk 10 km

So this guy wants us to walk 8+ hours every day

Contrary to popular belief, walking isn't as useful as people think. It's extremely light cardio, a few hours a day may be good for your health, but anymore are wasted when you could instead be lifting in the gym or just doing higher intensity cardio and exercises. You gotta get your heart going. Walking doesn't get your heart going. Jogging on the other hand does, and sprinting is even better. Sprint as fast as you can for 10 mins (or until you can't breathe anymore) then do a nice full leg routine https://exrx.net/Lists/Directory and you will make big muscles. Don't listen to Silver.

Also i got no idea what this quest gives u if u complete it but can't hurt, as long as you do not listen to his advices in real life

The reward is a new option in the normal neurotrainer.
Paradise delight: 1 hour, +3 mood/rage, +18 health, -6 food, -2 energy, $4
You have to walk from midnight to midnight, walking an entire day is worth 70 something km. One of the longer routes is Bobo's farm to Club Street with 5.7 km, that's 8 trips.

If you have both walkspeed perks from movies/old school rep you can walk just over 3k per hour. The trip from Mick's gym to Bobo's is something like 6.1k. Do that 7 times in a day, for example, which means wasting ~14 hours.

The reward is basically useless, because in the rare event you need to restore health Doctor Feelgood is the better option, especially when it's upgraded.

But for completion's sake half a day isn't really a big deal if you feel like it.

No, he wants you to walk that distance in ONE day while using his tracker so he can brag to everyone about how much he walks.
