I never saw Mick's farewell, and in the movie slots I'm missing one. Does anyone know where to get it?

Probably by finishing the gym job and becoming a master. All of Mick's scenes come from that, and the movies either come from Apu's shop, the delivery side quest or the gym job.

For the last movie you need to maximise reputation all 3 jobs. This will make you fight the delivery boy.
Upon victory you will get to the delivery office and after completing a small task you get two presents: a movie and a free pass for the bus

You do not need to max out all reputations to fight the delivery boy. I don't even know if you need to max out any of them.

I filled all the slots by buying all the tapes from apu, getting all the tapes from mick and buying the one tape from the delivery boss.

I haven't gotten a farewell tape from mick though. Are you referring to his stag party, or is there some way to get him to leave?

You don't get the video of the stag party. The last one is from the delivery guy quest line and can be unlocked long before you receive the last videotape from Mick.
Don't be too disappointed, Mick will tell you the whole story of that awesome night out if you keep following the Old School path.

Since nobody seems to understand the OPs Question:
Henry's Shelf has 12 Movie Slots, but there are only 11 Movies in the Game.
1 from Henry, 3 from Apu, 6 from Mick & 1 from Kojima. So you have 11/12 Movies on the Shelf. Those are also the only 11 showing up in the OSR-Skilltree.
But the Question is about the empty 12th Slot.
It bothers me as well as there are 2 more Tapes you get: "Brother 2" for the Mafia & the "Detective Movie" for Uncle Barry. It should've been "Brother 2" imo, but they forgot to put it in.
So, I'm hoping this'll get fixed by the upcoming DLC^^

Damn, I missed 2
Watched: 1 from Henry, 3 from Apu, 1 from delivery guy and 5 from Mick

From what Ive seen on the wiki there are 13 movies in total but not sure how to get all of them.
