Respec?
I went with streght build and I am noticing the later stages of the game are becoming real tough, not impossible since you can always go a mix build with return damage + block. But I would love to try a diffrent build since clearly strenght build isnt as good as agile one

If you are in this situation, skip fighting and grind stamina and agility. Don´t gain more into strenght.
It will prolong your game time, that´s true, but then you should be able to unlock one certain location (under bridge). It´s after you unlock "Tonus".
Then unlock at least one skill which uses Tonus, lose some fights, but use the tonus (stamina).
Then go under the bridge and you can sacrfice strenght to regain stamina.

Or you can start new game if it´s that bad.

I maxed out the lazy bear school and I am currently 32, 30, 31 in terms of stats and what I see is theres no point in increasing strenght anymore it gets too costly

I had same problem. But no worries!
Unlock some stamina skill which uses Tonus (Those skills have consumption on the top of the description).
Just go fight somebody and use just those skills (full row). You will deplete Tonus.
Then go to spoon boi, on the left you have to choose red (strenght) and on the right stamina icon.

So, when you have depleted stamina (or agility, if you have such build), just use the red to replenish stamina or agility.

It should be made clear that using Spoon boy is the only way to permanently lower stats, and you are using Stat exp to give yourself Tonus exp. From what I've experienced it's not a good way to regain Tonus, so you should only do this if you want to lower a stat.
