Can you get a girlfriend too?
It looks like a life simulator so it made me wonder if the main character can also engage in dates or making friends in this game.

Your mother in this game is Adriana. In the previous game, Adrian was your father's girlfriend. It seems they are the same person but it's unclear.
Obviously a reference to Rocky's Adrian Balboa, or Adrianna Pennino as her original character name was.

I heard that she is VERY annoying as a mom.

can't even eat because of her at times unless you can afford to drug her. not a great game mechanic.

At least the main character of Punch Club 3 won't be bothered by a tyrannical mom given that romance is not available in this game. So next generation xerox won't happen.

A shame that the MC cannot have some casual flings though...
