That's not respecing. You are trading one stat to increase the tonus of another stat. There doesn't seem to be an option for the game to refund all your GPP and purchase new skills and the game literally soft locks you progress if you don't have the correct build.
It doesn't soft-lock you, and definitely not "literally". I doubt it's possible to choose skills so badly that it's impossible to win further fights, especially since the first league tends to drop you down the rankings (due to others getting higher GPP), so if you keep losing eventually you'll reach a level you can win at.
I'd actually like to see a supposedly "soft-locked" build, it seems you'd have to try really hard to aim for this. Should be an achievement!
No, I'm locked out of progress. I can't farm anymore GPP and I can't beat any opponents in 2nd division.
OK so what's your build and what skills have you unlocked?
There's surely a way to progress - how is it possible you cannot beat ANY opponents in 2nd division?! If you managed to get to this point, there would have to be a way to progress - even randomly choosing skills from all the skill trees would provide at least SOME useful skills...
If you have wrong stats, it will just take a long time to retrain, you use the monk to remove stats and you spend a lot of time training the new stats you want. Not soft locked, just will take longer.
