Definately there is an issue with trigger inputs.
The more I play the more Im convinced that there is an issue with inputs. Throttle works like a button 0-1 there is no modulation at all. Same with brakes.

I dont know what is going on with the game. But right after release my inputs were oversensitive. I have installed Xbox One game pad update and now the steering input is fine, but brake and throttle inputs are like buttons ...

Sort of agree braking is actually ok for me bit too sensitive when the bike is upright but i find its almost to easy to trail into the apex. where i have issues is the throttle and the anti-wheelie or lack of seems maybe a issue with the game. some corner exits the front just shoots up no warning full AW setting no intervention i can go up through the gear and the bike just continues to rise the front end get a lot of looping out when exiting 2nd or 1st gear corners from this sudden action.

KG, out of curiosity, is that 0/1 behaviour reflected in the HUD? (there are those small lines showing throttle and brake)

All inputs seem fine for me, but I had that no-anti-wheelie issue like Michael when I started playing. Now it`s somehow gone, maybe by going into the setup once, maybe by mystery.

Seems like the physics come with a lot of random bugs :(

For me the throttle seems kind of slow but I am kind of getting used to it.

take a look at my video and at green bar. The bike simply has no power until I press 100% of the trigger:

Also the RPMs seem to be high on the dashboard/HUD but bike feels like its on very low RPM... I really have no idea whats going on with the game. Its the same with MotoGP and Moto3

Very strange indeed... I don't have this problem, maybe controller side problem?

I had the same issue with F1 2018 but turned out it was my controller. But I could fix it by ajusting the axis in-game. Does Motogp 20 have that option?

i will try maybe play with the setup and see if it removes any issues

The easiest way would be to test if MotoGP19 still works properly with this controller.
There might have been a problem when you updated the software of the controller.

Donno, it looks a bit off, but I gave it a try here, and it`s not too different.
The power doesn`t seem linear for me either, being relatively low up to about 90% trigger input, and then kicking in hard on the last 10%.
There is definately a range between 0 and 90 % input for me though.
It seemed to be there on your vid too, the straight was too short to get up to the speeds with low input though.

If you test it on a long straight it`s easy to figure out if you can go at different speeds depending on input.

Either way, another case where the lack of options on Milestone games hurt ... pretty much every sim racer has a linearity setting for this. If not for the player`s convenience, then to balance differently built controllers.

I find that the range works but there is a large deadzone so you need to press quite far in before it registers. It's like only the second half of trigger travel is used.

I wasnt sure if it is just me. Everything is so confusing, seems like there is a big mix of issues - mix of input issues, assists, grip I dont know. I worry that it will be hard for devs to figure out the problems in current conditions.
I feel everything goes in good direction but all of this needs time and more work. I dobt want the game to be easier, I wish it was just right.

I can definitely feather the throttle and get any input level but to do so I have to watch the indicators on screen because the deadzone seems to be huge and it's impossible to watch that and stay on track.

i have found this aswell

+1 the throttle and brake seem to be non linear... Controlling throttle in the upper range is really weird.
I hope they will update!

I had to recalibrate the sensitivity for the throttle on my controller and it feels a bit better. I had to do the same for leaning as by default it wasnt the best. I am sure there is something weird going on with the input, hopefully it will be patched in the future.
