Can I run the game on Win7?

I have Windows 7. But the game needs Windows 8.1. (see system requirements). Can my PC run the game?

Well it does state Windows 8.1 64-Bit or Later on the Store page so there is a chance it won't work. By the way, Windows 7 is obsolete and unsupported now. Time to upgrade to a later OS.

Windows 7 still the best OS. Everything else is trash.

Indeed, W-7/64 is a very stable platform for older and memorable games.
Just be careful when internet surfing.
Limiting yourself with safe Steam, is the best way to go.
