I had the same fatal error problem which was caused by the older version of x360cc emulator.The SOLUTION was easy.I download the latest version of x360 cc emulator which was 3.2.10.82 and the fatal error problem was solved. Hope to help

EXPLICACIÓN Y SOLUCIÓN(parcial):
El problema está en que la actualización no es compatible con la carrera guardada, y al intentar cargar con la carrera antigua da problemas.

Para poder jugar, pero con una carrera nueva, hacer esto:

- En la biblioteca, botón derecho sobre el juego MotoGP20 -> propiedades -> actualizaciones, y ahí desmarcar el checkbox de steam cloud "Activar sincronización de Steam Cloud para MogoGP20 (con esto, evitamos que se vuelva a bajar nuestra antigua carrera, que la vamos a cambiar de sitio ahora)

- En la carpeta C:\<TU NOMBRE DE USUARIO>\AppData\Local\motogp20\Saved\SaveGames, borra, renombra o corta y pega en otro sitio el archivo "CAREER.sav" (este es el archivo que da problemas con la actualización). Perderás la carrera que tengas guardada si lo borras, pero también puedes renombrarlo o guardarlo en otro sitio por si les da por hacer un parche bien hecho y se puede recuperar esta carrera antigua.

Con esto ya funciona el juego con las nuevas actualizaciones funcionando, pero tienes que empezar una nueva carrera y sigue apareciendo el letrerito de las molestas letras verdes. Para quitar este letrero, en la carpeta C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MotoGP™20\motogp20\Content\AdditionalNonUFS edita el archivo de texto Build.version cambiando el parámetro -> "ShowVersion": 0



Con esto funciona todo perfectamente otra vez, pero con una nueva carrera y, en el futuro, si arreglan bien la cagada tan gorda, puedes recuperar tu archivo "CAREER.sav" poniéndolo en la carpeta de donde salió encima del nuevo archivo, pero se perderá la nueva carrera.
