NX Credit Problem (CAN'T BUY STORAGE W/NX CREDIT)

So the other day I purchased some NX credit in order to use the coupons for the adventure bag and storage slots. Little did I know, I wasn't able to buy the two items with the NX credit. I've seen other posts about this and about how there is a level requirement before you can buy the storage. But there are a few things I'm not understanding.

1) Why are you given a coupon to purchase extra storage space at such a low level if there is just going to be a level requirement?

2) Will another coupon be given in the future or will the price be discounted even after the coupon expires?

3) Is Nexon going to extend the expiration date of the coupons?

I just want to unlock more inventory and storage space. I've also read that even people that are level 45 or 50 still can't use NX credit on these items.

I wish things worked the way they are supposed. No tricks. Just straight-forward transactions.

they want you to use NX prepaid for those coupons. Which means u have to head to a store that sells Karma Koins cards and use them.

it does say that on the coupon that it cannot be purchased with NX credit

yeah but why doesn't it say that on the actual item in the dragon vault?
I thought that just meant that you couldn't buy the actual coupon with NX credit.

Elf I did the same thing. Nexon should have made it CLEAR that NX Credit is not usable because from the store if you click on discount items it shows NX Credit as a payment option. The coupon itself says NX Prepaid but I never even read the coupon in my NX Inventory I just clicked the Discount link on the store.

And WTH does it matter? They get their money from both sources!!!!

Why wouldn't they allow NX credit to be used for that though? It's seems asinine to restrict how you spend your money in the Dragon Vault. Either way, they're getting money. Why not just let you buy any and everything?

Isn't that why there are 3 different payment options?

I had the same problem :( (steam purchases show up as NX credit too)

I think they do it so that they are guarenteed more money in the end. A prepaid card is like, $20? So you'd eventually be spending $20, instead of just loading $5 from paypal to get the bag and that's it.
