How can I force the game in windowed mode.

i hate games that don't have a windowed mode, and that don't mute when minimized.

This also works if hes at the launcher, but if he's already in game he can just hit escape and go to system settings and tick the windowed box

I see no system settin's on launcher, all I see is black screen becuse res dont support my tv,
