I'm not sure what kind of support dragon nest has since i use a keyboard but if theirs sensitivity settings try playing with them. By sensitivity setting I mean a setting that adjusts the amount of pressure required to trigger inital movment and not the pressure vs speed which is in almost every fps. This might also be adjustable in your controler setting outside the game but again I dont have any experence so wouldn't know where to point you.
I did a google search but can't find anything regarding this particular problem, sorry.
Please do as I prefer the Xbox controller. My 360 controller works fine for any other game, but this. My Logitech controller though is working fine for DN..... weird.
Thanks for all the help fellas.
Adding to this.
If you're still having the issue after you do what ChaosW suggested you may want to try to work your LJS around a bit before you plug it in. Do a couple 360s clockwise, then counter-clockwise. If your LST has issues with sticking slightly in one direction or another this may help alleviate the issue before you plug it in.
Unrelated to DN, but if you want an MMO that can be played with the controller, try Final Fantasy XIV. It can be played controller-only on a PC, PS3, or PS4, and even has controller-friendly chat macros so you don't need a keyboard at all.
I haven't tried it with a 360 controller myself, but I know a Dual Shock with a USB adapter works fine.
