DN private server

Hey people! We are currently hosting a server...
This server is based in NA but has a player base in China. And as you can tell from the title, sea dragon nest has just been released, and we want more players from North America to join us. No team has cleared yet, as it requires team cohesion (it's not ez). The lv cap is currently 40, and for NA players to speed up and catch up we currently set it to an lv 32 start + 50000 cash point when you create your account (still need to grind tho xD).

Just wondering why anyone would want to join a lower level-capped game client than the official one considering how easy it is to level currently? Not to mention the obvious lag spikes anyone from NA will get trying to connect to any server/host that far away. Fyi there is also a completely different private DN out there as well but their client is somehow current level cap. Just meant as simple observations though good luck.

The level cap is set so everyone are in the same starting line. Indeed, it is easier to level up in official. However, no one really pay attention to overall teamwork in this game anymore. We really want to bring back the joy of doing nest together. Overall, the server is pretty decent to player in NA, there are even player from Asia. The most recent private server I saw has the level cap of lv 95 so it will also be pretty hard for player to get invovle together.
