Character stuck in Tutorial

so... i have a Kali that is stuck in the tutorial... Magos stopped summoning nightmare spirits and he wont let me talk to him i cant leave the dungeon and i keep getting a "number" 140447... ive asked a couple players in game if they knew how to get out of it but they came up blank FutabaIshiki is my character name...

i've also been wondering about this. i tried making a dark version of the kali last week and i can't get past the tutorial! i keep getting numbers displayed as well. i get into the room with all the nightmare spirits and after im done talking to the quest giver, my health and mp are drained and after i kill all the enemies i can't interact with the quest giver anymore. all i can do is exit to character screen or leave game. i dont understand cuz i've played this game for years and have lots of other characters and for some reason this is giving me issues.

your health gets drained? my health and mana are like... locked at like.... 30000HP / 1000000MP i only have 2 other characters that have passed the tutorial. even my normal Kali is stuck in the tutorial apparently. im really hoping that this issue will get fixed soon

yes my health goes from like 360 to 300 and my mana gets drained to about half and then even if i just stand there taking hit after hit, nothing happens to my stats. its like completely frozen! its so bizzare. after having played this game for more than 5 years on and off, i've never encountered something like this before. its really weird. i was looking forward to trying out the dark kali and seeing what her skills were like, so i am also hoping that with this next patch coming up that it all gets resolved. *fingers crossed!*
