Can't create an account

Trying to create an account regardless of email I use keeps saying the email is already in use.

Was able to create an "account" but it says 1004 Prohibited IP address?

Apparently it's been a known issue for awhile that @hotmail, and @yahoo email addresses don't work. There could more domains Dragon Nest won't accept. There's also limits on IP addresses to make one account per 24hrs.

I haven't played the game for years but it doesn't seem like it's been well taken care of -- the website crashes every second page and account creation seems bugged on several levels. Good luck if you continue attempting to play, I managed to make an account.

I play it on mobile a bit but I'm not a mobile gamer for sure, I can't ugh no I can't so I tried to play on PC :( no luck so far, not using hotmail or yahoo (maybe when I was 20yo)

I'm not sure if this helps but you can try to play on private servers. Here's a link https://youtu.be/m_R7ieI3xq4 (There's a link in the description where you can make an account and play on the private server. There are multiple private servers on different continents so find one that is near your region and suits you)

I'm giving up too. Trying to sign up, it keeps giving me 'invalid email format' popup.... after it already confirmed it's a valid email address. Did it with multiple emails I tried. I get the feeling they just don't want more people signing up, and want the game to die.

Oh yeah, I wanted to add: I sent their support a message - no response. They don't want new players.

Another edit: I received a response from support today, telling me to reboot my modem/router to get a new IP address. I did, and not surprisingly since the IP has nothing to do with the website telling me Invalid Email Format, exact same thing.
