Can't login to dragon nest

I created an account, but entered my email wrong, so now, I can't even create another account. I need to login to that email to actually play dragon nest. But it's not even my email. Now, It says I reached a limit for the IP. I have no idea what to do.

Sorry for the late reply but it means that you exceeded the amount of times you can try to login into the game try again in 24 hours.

But it could also be part of the thing they started this month

Anyone know how to fix the invail request that closes the game. After the opening movie ends the log in screen appears and then a box that says invail request and then you click OK and the game just crashes. Any fix to this would be awesome thank you.
