Dragon nest recording issue

When I play a video that was recorded by the built in/ in game* recorder... All I'm getting is sound... No video.. Just black screen...
When I tried OBS, it's not picking up the video too...
What's going on?? Help please

This maybe a lil late from me but I did a work around... I did the "desktop" recording instead right after I posted this... Anyway.. I'll try your recommendation in the "game" option. Thanks a lot!
