how do i transfer or obtain my account for dragon nest..? i've spent tons of money on this game and am trying to get back into it...

You had to log in during the transfer period - the game would then ask you if you want to allow your information to be transferred.

They couldn't legally transfer your stuff without your consent.

Anyways, no. You're not getting your stuff back. Even if you didn't get an e-mail, there was stuff on all of the Dragon Nest-related media mentioning this - that was how I found out.

wat do u mean my consent... there is no consent needed for something like that... wtf... they are taking over the rights of the game... either restart everyone or have a transfer process up forever... just like any other games/websites that do this same thing...

So you would be okay with your account details, including credit card info, being transferred over to any company whatsoever, including companies that could easily come up with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ charges and bad cancellation services?

Because that's why there's consent needed to transfer data like that.

why would my credit card information be transfered? i didnt link my credit card or store/save my credit card in Nexon's database (or if you want to be specific in the Dragon Nest's database)

doing what they did will and is making people pis-sed off, due to them losing EVERYTHING especially if they spent $$, when something such as this goes down... you EMAIL or CALL people... cause probably over 90% of people who even play the games dont check for this information on "social media" that isnt a social media type thing... that's an important EMAIL type thing so EVERYONE knows about it

it's not up to them to hold your hand, they sent out all the relevant info about transfer notice. your stuff is gone bro. it really sucks man i feel your pain, but that's the problem with MMORPGs: there's nothing tangible that you get from all the time you've sunk into them, so once your digital items are gone, so too are every single second, minute and hour of your life spent acquiring them gone as well.

they sent NOTHING out... so idk what you are saying they sent out all the relevant info... NOTHING was sent to my email... i wouldnt mind this if the game was actually gone, but it's not...

same thing happened to me... i just redowloaded the game and found out that nothing is working anymore. i never got an email or a phonecall related message stating that i needed to update my information to keep it.. i lost everything too... I spent money, hours, days farming for the stuff that i had.. and now its all gone.. I think this is bs.. i want my stuff back.

Unfortunate. But the The opportunity came and passed. There will be no reimbursement. Nexon originally had said accounts and now Eyedentity does.
