The tutorial is a bit tiring. But once you unlock the four food tutorials (after learning how to make sushi) it unlocks the free mode. Then it's up to you to buy, sell, and go wherever you want.
Most simulators I've encountered were Sandboxes with minimal story.
I think it's nice that you have a story BUT the game should be divided into 3 categories.
-Tutorials
-Story mode (Campaign)
-Simulator mode (Free roam)
I will add that the Simulator mode (free roam) should be available from the start, not unlocking after completing a big chunk of campaign mode.
If the customer isn't satisfied, whoi cares????
For now it feels like you are "babysitted" by the tutorials and Clara...
Plesa DRAGO, if this is your opinion of what a simulator game is, i consider to cancel any wishlisted games from you in the future...
+1 for this, I upvoted it in my thread

I also have Motel Sim and Road Diner sim in wishlist as I kinda liked Gas Station,
but your family of games seem to be going away from the simulator genre.
Simulation equals Realism
