I can't pass the tutorial

Are you talking about the truck door? If so, be aware that there are two doors (in opposed direction). One can end the vendor and one cannot. However, if I am wrong, please ignore my comment.

no matter what I try, I can't get the door of my office open either

You have to follow first tutorial before door open. You have to first purchase some upgrades in your truck in pc & thinks & then office door open.
