Try to place another window of another program next to Grim Clicker for testing. For example, Paint. Select the "Pen" tool and move the cursor around - and you will immediately see if autoclicks work. Then move the cursor to the Grim Clicker window without releasing the side button - if autoclicks don't work, then this is really strange.
Post #3 and post #1 have 2 different solutions - try them in this order. Something tells me that Logitech Gaming Software thinks that since Grim Clicker is a game, you need to use specific game profile for it, so the solution from post #3 is more likely.
which button are you using for autoclick?
Still, this story had some educational benefits: it turns out that Win10 can emulate mouse movement and clicks. Only that saved me.
In simple words: put delay between down&up in macros, then it'll work fine
