END GAME SPOILERS - Who I accused at the end
So I have seen some threads going on about who is guilty of what, so I decided to tell who I acussed of what and the reasons for doing so

The End To End All Crimes - I accused Dainonigate. He literally confessed to doing so, he had the murder weapon, was at the scene of the crime.
I didn't acussed the Killer Demon because I assume that since he is dead, the Council manage to kill him before they were killed.

K. HX is Missing - I accused Yuri Night. K. HX had Yuri's ring in his hand, Yuri closed the boat ride early near where the body was.

Henry's Demonic Possesion - I accused Yuri Night. He had access to the library, he accessed the restricted vault where the demonic books are kept.

Who Killed The Holy Seal Marshals? - I accused Grand Marshall Akiko 14. She removed two prisoners from the barracks, she didn't allow Doctor Doom Jazz to examine the bodies, her sword matched the murder weapon used in the bodies.

The Second Holy Seal - I accused Lydia Day Break (Sam Day Break ended up accused too, because he admited helping her and going through the seals). Her car left tyre tracks near the obelisks area, the space helmet had her perfume, her tablet had the keys from the obelisks.

Henry's Escape - I accused Grand Marshall Akiko 14. The prison bars had military grade explosive trace in it, she had broke procedure and went to kill Henry alone, her time line was impossible.

Who Opened The Third Seal? - I accused Dainonigate (Sam Day Break ended up accused too, because of his other crime). His blood was at the lock, he is Eyes Kiwami son so his blood can open the lock.

Who Breached The Fourth Holy Seal? - I accused Dainonigate (Sam Day Break ended up accused too, because of his other crime). He has The Crying Grudge blood fused in his body.

The Mystery Of The Dead Killer Demon - I accused Witness. His phone unlocked the crate, he used the bunker at the Dead Zone as a illegal lab and there were posters there of the Killer Demon, he was asking all around the knownledgable ones about demonology.

The Murder Of Grace Bloodlines - I accused Carmelina. She told Akiko to leave the room, Grace's murdered had a wedding ring and Carmelina was married at the time.

At the end the only non suspects for me were:
- Crimson Acid - She was cool, helped me a lot and was way to easy to be blamed for not having an alibi. I ended up sleeping with her
- Doctor Doom Jazz - He was friendly, gave a lot of assistance with my evidences, was just lazy to not fix the door. I also slept with him
- Henry Division - He cursed a lot and I appreciated it, he was honest, he was only being used. Would have slept with him if given the chance
- One Last Kiss - She was weird and a ghost and gave me basically no help with my cases.
- Shinji - I loved him and wouldn't accuse him even if given the chance.

I was the same, except I accused Yuri Night instead of Lydia Day Break, just for the sake of consistency and going into Perfect 25 with my "friends". It worked well, Yuri Night still confessed stuff and went further into accusing Carmelina for the conspiracy. The only accusation I didn't feel so good about was Witness with the Killer Demon. Like, he was the only one the evidences pointed to, but it still felt kinda empty. It was part of another conspiracy entirely, which was kinda left unclosed even after killing him. After the trials, I didn't execute nor exile anyone. Henry Division was a dangerous individual but as a civilian he wouldn't come with us to Perfect 25 anyway.

I felt the same about Witness and the Killer Demon. There didn't seem to be anyone else who was more likely to have done it, but the details didn't quite seem to add up, and it wasn't as satisfying as putting together the details of Carmelina's conspiracy. I actually looked at this thread hoping I'd learn that there was some secret third conspiracy I completely missed that was designed to frame Witness, Lydia, and Sam for something they didn't actually do. I mean, would professional assassins like Lydia and Sam really leave all that evidence lying around?

@Bookish Well Lady was in exile, I think that is the main reason many of the suspects were so sloppy with disposing evidence.

A few notable things on Crimes that multiple people are technically guilty of.

1. You can accuse Yuri Night of opening the Second Seal and Sam Day Break of the Third Seal and essentially get the same result as accusing Lydia of the second and Dainonigate of the third. This is what I did on my first playthrough before retrying the trial in about 100 different ways. Likewise, you can hit Sam on Seal 4.

2. As the Killer Demon is technically also somewhat guilty of The Crime to End All Crimes, you can accuse it and still get Dainonigate as long as Yuri is convicted of literally any of the seals. Yuri is more than happy to rat out literally everyone ever.

3. As Witness to the End is guilty of -trying- to cause Henry's Escape, it's quite easy to get him on this as well. Yuri can still go down for the Possession, and Akiko can still go down for the First Seal and everything stays pretty much the same from there.

I find people who spared lydia and sam... disturbing, they had good intentions but they broke the 4 seals and planted a demon cage (they might not know it was a demon cage, but it is stupid to think it was something nice). Maybe exile would've been better but it was the contrary of what they wanted so they would prefer to be dead i think.

I was really hoping that the revelation that Witness's conspiracy was taking form two days earlier meant you'd be able to implicate the involvement of Syndicate members who'd already passed to the next island, particularly once One Last Kiss pointed out the flaw in Perfect 25. (The flaw being that by making the landscape immune to demonic corruption, the Citizens are going to be possessed a lot more frequently, so it's going to be another miserable island full of crime.) No such luck, though. I guess technically any understanding we have about involvement of folks like Isiah and Madam Complex is only available to us as players, not to Lady Luck Dies herself (at least at this point).
I think they intentionally left that unresolved, both as sort of a grim worldbuilding element and as a way to justify a sequel if they ever want to make one. And since the entire syndicate is implied to be pretty much just as corrupt as on 24, I wouldn't be surprised if they did use that as a basis for a sequel. Which I'm all for, because there's a lot of things I could see them doing to expand on the world and gameplay.

I ended up picking mostly the same people for the same reasons. I picked a little differently for the seals, but the end result was exactly the same, with both conspiracies completely uncovered, and everyone else still alive.

I also didn't exile any of the remaining survivors, since they're all pretty likable, and I hired Crimson Acid to boot, since anyone that good at gathering information would be a fantastic investigator. Also because who am I to say no to such a stunning goat lady?

I actually found One Last Kiss exceptionally helpful, since she's solely responsible for bringing her own murder to your attention and guiding you to both finding her killer and the Paradise Killer. Although she's absurdly cryptic, her help led to finding out just how long the conspiracy has been going on for, and also led to the discovery that the only person Henry actually killed was his mom, and because he was put in a blind rage by the sudden influence of a demon that could be argued to be manslaughter, which saves him from execution.

That said, I feel pretty bad for Henry, because even if you completely absolve him of guilt he still ends up trapped on the dying island as a Citizen prisoner, with seemingly no chance of coming to Perfect 25. But who knows, maybe him being mostly demon now lets him survive and him and Shinji get to be demon pals.

God Shinji and Henry were also The Best for me, I guess I like Rude Lower-Class people and I'm going to pretend they're okay SOMEHOW (or that there's a cool afterlife that doesn't suck)

Other than that I absolutely let the Day Breaks run free because they're good friends and you never know, with the huge power vaccuum maybe LD will find herself in a position to let them leave the Syndicate. Game's open ended enough that you can write the fanfiction you want in your head about what's going to happen with whoever you kept alive

Interesting, I knew I was missing a character, I have no idea who Danionigate is. I did have unknown blood at the crime scene and I later reloaded a save and found out that Henry was the son of Keys or whatever the dead Syndicate guy who suicided was. I never found out why Henry's blood was on the third seal though. I knew I missed something, with that stuff and the demon of course was shot in the head, but I thought maybe it was a dying shot, and I didn't know what to make of the henry blood, but I was excited to have an answer. Explains why Lady Love Dies said something felt off. Anyway, I got all the criminals (including, sadly, the Day Breaks :<), and uncovered the conspiracy (I guess Danionigate was part of Carmilita's conspiracy, it seemed like there was something missing, and I'm surprised she didn't confess to the Danionigate thing but I had enough on her to put her away...in the ground or whatever. This also explains why Yuri went through the second seal, I knew that didn't add up, I'm surprised Lady didn't bring that up). I don't know if I want to go back again and figure out this danionigate thing, I kinda liked the ending with the demon.

It took a while for me to find Dainonigate. In fact, I had found almost every evidence and I was almost ready to start the trials, until I stumbled upon the place Dainonigate is hidden in, and then everything made perfect sense. Every piece just fit together.

Yeah, thanks to someone's tip, I found him going back. I said most things in that post, but I think One Last Kiss should have dropped a hint. Also I barely found K.HX too so maybe I'm just stupid, I literally found everything else and thought the other stuff was just a red herring, but I had enough to convict carmilita anyway and the whole thing should have unravelled at the trial, since I already broke akiko and yuri (especially yuri being established as going through the second seal), but I won't repeat that rant.
