I thought I had every bit of evidence in the game when i started the trial but I didn't manage it. Accusing Witness just said there was insufficent evidence and the accusation defaulted to Henry.

Well, you're not alone, because I also got attached to Henry and Shinji. I liked that they didn't try to talk around or excuse what this society did in its pursuit of "perfection."
