How many total starlight skins?

As per title, I don't know if there is an issue with the achievement or if I am missing a skin somewhere. I don't see any heart using the meditation and I have completed the new quest.

Was stuck on the same thing, had 53/55 and everything else done. Here's the last 2 I found:

Syndicate Graveyard -on top of one of the Opulent Ziggurat domes, you have to double jump and air-dash while looking up to get enough height in order to get up

Reality Folding Drive - get on top of the power plant and it's all the way at the far end - I missed this for hours because it's too far to spot with Meditate from most of the island

Thanks very much, not only were these the last two skins I needed, it also gives you the final missing whisky bottle.
