Reaching the Pyramid?

The only note left for me in the "Who Breached the Fourth Holy Seal?" case is "Speak to a god." A god lives in the pyramid northwest of the island, right? How do I get to it?

I talked to Judge and OLK hoping they'd give me guidance, I tried to get Lydia to drive me there (fast travel and checking dialogue options), and I talked to DJ thinking he could sail me over there, but nope.

EDIT: Found it. You have to use the speedboat on Doom Jazz's dock. This is silly beyond words.

Ah, the paradox of the open-world game. Doom Jazz was literally the first person I talked to (other than Shinji) when I finished talking with Justice, and I decided to explore the environs immediately afterward, so the Pyramid was one of the first places I ever went to, only to be immediately confronted with a computer that can only be hacked with all three upgrades. It's wild how different people's experiences can be in a game like this!
