I have one note left which is a potential lead - “I think Carmelina knows more about Witness than she’s letting on. I need to work on her.”

Can someone please give me a hint on how to progress?

I've been inside the dead zone, got the book from inside Henry's safe, and got the vial of blood from the chiller. I'm not sure what or where the bunker is - could you expand please?

ETA: I've found the underground bunker underneath the area behind the ziggurat with Dainonigate in too.

If you look around the Dead Zone staying close to the walls surrounding the Dead Zone, not the buildings, you will find it, it is in one of the corners I believe
