Blood samples
I am currently stuck with an open lead and two potential leads:


Potential Leads:
Did Sam steal a blood sample from Doom Jazz?
Doom Jazz had a sample of Kafkas blood, but its gone missing.

Who Opened the Third Seal?:
Why did Kafka enter the Council Penthouse a few days before the rest of the Council?

I have talked with everyone and I dont have anymore dialog options.
What did I miss?
