For every case I had a document on my other screen where I wrote everything that came to my mind. Whether it's questions to answer, or overall notes about important characters in the case. Sometimes I just reread my notes and understood some points by making 1 + 1. There are some situations where the game will not give you the exact answer BUT you still have all the information you need, you just need to connect the dots on your own. Sometimes you will make mistakes, but overall I thought it made sense.
So yeah, if you struggled a lot with case one, just take a step back, take notes, and ask yourself some questions instead of just straight up trying to answer the EXAM QUESTIONS. The Exam Questions answers more often than not will either come naturally OR will come over time as you take notes.
