cant find cloacking device
for a mission apparently, cant progress

There are no missions where cloacking device is requirement or specify mission description.

yes there is, and its a "important quest" aswell, for the Union, it says "you need a cloacking device!" when you enter the area, cuz its full of very dangerous ships. I even come back to the mission much later and completely wrekt the entire sector and i stil dident get missing complete cuz i dident do it the way it was suppose to
