Getting 100% reputation in an area will give you a key to unlock one of the doors. One door for each region.

so how am i gonna get the 4 regions to 100% if i have done all main and side quests and events in the 4 regions?

barnsdale region 97%
peak district region 90%
sherwood forest region 88%
midlands region 85%

The simple answer is that you haven't. You've either failed some, not found some, sold some stolen goods, or some combination of all of those things. If you complete every quest, trigger and COMPLETE every event (note if you fail...that's reputation you will never be able to get), clear every camp, and sell every stolen good then that's precisely 100% reputation.
