Crow Meat

I was trying to shoot an enemy with my bow and hit a crow instead. The crow dropped a gold bracelet and a gold chalice that I sold to the trader in Robin’s Village. Later, I noticed some crow meat in my inventory that I don’t know what to do with. I can’t find a recipe for it in the kitchen. I didn’t even know you could eat crow meat, so should I just sell it to the trader?
