Missing cape?

For the outifits mobility, vitality and camo yo can not craft fitting hoods and cape. So does this make the outfits "incomplete" and thus get no bonus for complete set? Which cape/hood do you wear with them?

I believe a small icon (either highlighted or not) below the character image on inventory screen shows it correctly either you have a full set or not, do you get bonus or not. I crafted four 2-tier items and with starting cloak and cowl it says there's full set
