Otherwise yes the system is quite broken. No sorting, stacks are too small, too expensive to expand a single row, too many materials.
I don't get the weight thing. The numbers in my backpack are always crazy like 1200/120 - I shouldn't be able to move at that weight. I can still fast travel. It seems like being massively overencumbered only stops you from being able to run?
It seems like you START the game already maxed out and never fall below what should be the limit. Thought it might be a bug.
