You mean basic (rope and pine tree)?
Build an archery range in the village, there is a simple bow technology. It's basic green, but better than your starting tutorial.
After the upgrade of archery range there should be 2 new bows techs (more at tier 3)
Found a blue bow to the south east of the village, a scout camp or w\e. There were columns & I climbed on the top.

I killed some bandits on top of a tree in the demo, couldn´t find a way to reach them, had no idea one could climb. How on earth do you climb?
