Mirror Puzzle with Down Arrow?

In Western Peak district, there's a mirror puzzle I can't figure out by a lake. I did the circle and "something happened", but I have no idea what. There are some mirrors nearby and a rope I need to burn, but I can't find any activated light. I did the three balance weights nearby and there's nothing else remotely close.

I noticed one of the mirrors has this little "down arrow" on the pillar, and I'm wondering if it has any significance?

I had uninstalled a long time ago, but did eventually reinstall the game to try updated content. I forget how, but I got one of the light pillars activated with something nearby. Sorry, I don't remember anything more specific. :(

That video is for puzzles around Barnesdale, not Western Peak district. I'm sure there's a video of it somewhere by now, though.

three weights give solution for the circle, you use circle to get light or rather move mirror which has arrow and finally adjust mirrors to unlock loot near circle
