Conisbrough Castle Prison

Hi, before I went into Conisbrough castle for the Sherwood Quest, I picked up a mission to free someone from the prison there.
I found the person, I think, but the prison-door was locked and I couldn#t find a key anyhwere.
Now I defeated the boss and was kinda thrown out of the castle and can't get back inside because the castle gates are closed.... Also I don't have a quest to free someone from the prison in my log...

Did anybody have the same problem, or were you able to free the person?

There is a little window outside directly above the room with the prison cell, you can reach a key inside from there.. you have to do a little platform jumping from the roof on the right to get there.
