Can I craft this or is it a drop? Trying to make my Recurve Bow.

You craft that at the place where you make leather/cloth ... can´t remember what it is called, tannery? Need to upgrade the building to level 2.

I need the solid bow string. Can't find anywhere. It's for the green best bow. The solid bow or the loxley bow I'll craft once I get solid string. Need location if anyone knows
