Where to find diamond?

Do you know how can I get diamond for blacksmith upgrade to level 3?

I found mine in a chest in DeGrey camp in Sherwood.

do quests, they'll occasionally drop as rewards. can also find them in some chests.

There is a jeweller in De Ferrers' Retreat in Nottingham that sells all the gem stones. Not sure if it was linked to a quest in the Midland area.

sort of the middle of the nottingham area, its underground below a church. the main questline for the region will take you there.

There is only a generic trader down there. I cleared out the entire tunnel system and never saw any jeweler.

Found him. For anybody else wondering...you have to free him from a cage in the tunnels below the church. And after you free him he goes to his stand outside just around the corner from the church and he sells amber, obsidian, topaz and diamond.
