How to 100% barnsdale

Hey I’m stuck at 99% barnsdale, how do I get 100% on that region?

its only for steam achievement i think :)

There is a dungeon on nine ladies circle with 4 locked doors , i assumed that getting to 100% would provide a key to one of those door.

Yup now triggered it correctly and got "key of outlaw" that gives You something.

For anyone having similiar situation to me, i did fail one quest. And You can't reach 100% with stolen good provided on the map. I added one more stolen goods via. popular trainer. But to this to work You absolutely need to complete all activities giving reputation and then sell goods.

I can't find the quest giver in Barnsdale across from the De Grey Warehouse. When I get close to the "!" mark, it just shows a down arrow button, but there is no person there and a lot of rocks that I can't find an opening to get into. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe that's the one that broke my progression, too. Good luck, since I think that is all that gets you through this one.

Found out later that it seems to be more with Sherwood Forest /DeGray camp than with Barnsdale. Whichever it was, I finally 100 per-centered Barnsdale and am now working on Midlands.

Unsure if you need help still but there is a mine underground nearby you can into from the Eastern side of the objective
