Awful graphics/visuals...

...Am I the only one? My pc suggested epic settings (highest) - and still it looked terrible.
I was really looking forward for this game - but i can't play it in this state.

Do all the visual aspects look awful to you or do you mean something specific?

playing at epic quality 1440p
all the edges are fuzzy, giving everything a blurry feel.

is anti-aliasing doing that maybe? or maybe postprocessing?

We are very sorry for this inconvenience, we want to eliminate this problem in the full version of the game that is why the dev team is working on it. The reason for this is not fully known. Can't promise is it going to be fixed in the demo but you can try to make some changes in the configuration file.

yes it's a general awfulness - but your suggestion helped slightly - but it still
looks bumpy, nervous, blurry and late 90'sish.

To me it looks like a wild motion blur, or Ambient Occlusion that walked too close.
Maybe these links are helpful. Also possible to load up Cyberpunk 2077 and test different graphics options and how they look from that end. Good showcase.

For me the (stone) puzzle icons are so pixelated it's hard to tell them apart. Even on epic graphic settings.
