No arcane skill experience?

I've been using the arcane skill tree for my kills but I can't see any experience bar anywhere in the inventory screen. Other skill levels seem to be there, bu at 0.

Gotta go to the church in the one town. You trade in divine favor shards for XP in that skill tree. Nothing to spend it on yet, but that's the mechanic. I don't remember the name of the town, its the first one in your quest chain that has all the vendors after your home town.
