The Bloodline

The Bloodline

General Suggestions
CTRL to switch hotbars is neat, but the hotbars should have more slots. And perhaps it could be like Satisfactory where you hold CTRL and press a number to select a specific hotbar. I don't feel like speccing into more magic if I can only hold 10 total spells at a time.

Saving is not great. There needs to be some easy form of quick saving, and there needs to be more regular quick-saves. It would be nice if you would return to your save location when you died. Sucked to die on the climb up the steps in the first mission and despite regular saves be returned to the place I setup my tent.

Sometimes spells collide with your weapons when casting. Seems very irregular. When I first launch the game it doesn't happen, but eventually something causes it to break, and I can no longer cast spells with anything in my hand. On the spell train, the hotbar doesn't work when you first spawn into an area. You have to hit CTRL first. Minor issue, but still.

Stamina regen is far too low for how much stamina you have to begin. It takes ages to regen stamina, but you have so much it can be easy to forget to think about it.

So far, having fun. Look forward to the upcoming updates :)

You spawn where you do because of random generation of elements of the map. You might reappear inside a rock or something. Pressing U does a quick save, but I bound Quick Save to F5 because that's what I am used to in most games).

As the Dev has already said...

Be neat if you could choose how many slots in your hotbar

If you hold down Capslock a 10-slot hotbar opens up on the right side of the screen, and that's where I put spell skills I don't need on my main hotbars. Things like Hip Lantern, Staff Turret, Travel Forms and whatnot. Just press K to open your spellbook, the 10-slot hotbar opens and then drag and drop spells onto it. When you need to use a spell on that hotbar, just hold down Capslock and press the relevant number.

Yeah, that's brand new though. I posted this before that, or at least before it was clear it was even an option. Appreciate it though
