Meteorite in Three Sister's Forest Location?
according to my calendar a meteorite fell into Three Sister's forest on like, day two of the game, but I'm not even sure where to start to look for it, or if it's even still there.
Don't know if this is a set in stone even or just random too, very new to the game.

And you have to be at that exact place at that exact day as shown in the calendar (for some events it needs to be a particular part of the day, for example only at night, while others can happen at any point in the day, and some, if I'm not mistaken, will happen each time you visit that area during that whole day). But it will only happen during that exact day, and there won't be any trace of it afterwards.

ah okay, so I didnt really have much chance of catching it on my first playthrough like that. figured as much. sounds like I may have to do a second playthrough at some point once I have a good understanding of the game. or just not care and keep on.

Well, that's up to you, if you feel you could do something in a better way or such, but it's not needed for the random events alone. The Dev plans to add some special ones that will have lasting effect and consequences if missed or done in particular way, but there are none in the game just yet. All this random ones just offer possibility to get rare resources or more of the regular ones, extra experience for some of the mechanics, some special challenges and so on, and they can, and will, happen again.
