Fire Enchantment Location

Could someone point me in the direction of the fire enchantment? I managed to find most of the others, but the fire one I can't seem to track down. Just the name of the overworld location would be enough.

Edit: Managed to find it. For others that are looking for it, it's part of the Shrine of The Luminary quest that you start in the Turacca Library.

How did you get past the lower gate. I am talking about the gate between the two suns that leads down some steps, not the one in the very end that leads up the steps.

Nevermind I found it, in the area where you find the two heavy metal crates to move out of the way of the laser, you point the laser to the pillar.
