Quest: Awakening
Having trouble locating the fragment of Iher. Is the quest still work in progress.

I *think* that that quest is bugged at the moment, and the fragment doesn't show up - however, any fragment, wherever you can find it, should still work.
But besides the one atop the Parford lake castle, I personally don't know locations of any other fragments...

There is a fragment at the Pillars, but I cannot remember where it is, sorry
