Woodcutting and Mining exp balancing

I've done way more woodcutting than mining but my woodcutting level is 4, while my mining level is 11. I think you should increase the exp earned from woodcutting or add an intermediate tree between birch (level 3 req to chop) and ash (level 7 req to chop.) A level 5 tree that gives 10 to 15 exp per hit would be ideal.

+1 I think increasing the number of trees to be cut would be a way around it too. I just posted in another thread tonight that my woodcutting is only level 3 while foraging and mining are both 12 or very close. There's SO MUCH to forage and mine compared to the number of trees you can cut down. I have loads of Stone, metal ores and plants/mushrooms, but hardly any logs, in comparison.

Ash is also bugged ATM and giving 0 XP. My recommendation is to head to Moonhaven, there's tons of Birch to harvest there, that'll help speed it up, it's how I got enough XP to start cutting Ash.

ive seen that too, mining leveled up super fast but its taking ages for wood cutting to level even getting perfect hits.
