Weight

I can't for the life of me find a weight or bag slot limit listed anywhere in my inventory or stats, but i'm moving slow and can not harvest. assume I'm full but where do you see that?

I'm carrying (probably quite literally, in a sense) tons of stuff on my character and have no issues. All I can think of, is maybe you hit X and are sneaking, but then you'd see a very obvious "Hidden" on the screen. Maybe close the game down and restart?

My guess is you popped a speed pot and cutdown a tree or mined some ore. Once the speed pot wears off you start moving at the regular speed again. I only have that issue when messing with speed potions/coffee and decide to do some interaction that locks the character in place.

No - Its happened to me too. You reach a limit where you can't harvest any more and you slow down.. at least the same thing happened to me.

I think it depends on how many points you drop into stamina maybe?

Yeah I can confirm that my char is moving slower than at start too.
