Ash Tree Farming?

Where is the best place to farm Ash logs?

I find getting any kind of log a bit of a chore when compared to gathering minerals. Usually ores are in clusters, fairly close together. Trees, on the other hand, are widely scattered. I usually have to trek quite a way through areas of trees before I find one sparkling. My mining skill is about 12, and foraging skill is about the same, give or take, but I have only just got my woodcutting skill to three!

The first main part of the quest take you to those steps. Within that area, past the steps is a MASSIVE tree with no monster spawns that have LOADS of Birch and Pine trees to farm. Just go to the overworld and back to camp to respawn them. You will level up your tree cutting quickly that way

You can also just follow the main road along the river in Moonhaven, you'll see a lot of Birch to cut for XP. That's how I got mine up. As for Ash, I haven't found a really good spot yet, I had some success running along through the early part of Moonhorn Cliffs to farm a few trees and resetting.

Thanks for the info! I'll head there right now. I need to get the barrel vehicle made so i can look cool driving along. 🙂

Thanks for the info! I'll head there right now. I need to get the barrel vehicle made so i can look cool driving along. 🙂

So i had the same mindset. I wanted that cool little car just for style points lol. But after making it, it appeared in my inventory with the rest of my items and using it made it disappear. Sadly no barrel vehicle it seems. At least not yet!

Maybe press Inventory and look in the Mount section? Just a shot in the dark as I haven't built it yet.
