Can't Destroy Warp Stone During Quest "Blood Tether"
I entered the cave and I'm at the floating purple stone with the quest star on it that says "Blood Tether," I can't do anything to destroy the stone though. What am I supposed to do?

No I am not, I must've missed something then. I went to the top of the steps then immediately into the cave, I just returned to my settlement to see what I skipped over

The skill you're looking for is under the magic section of your skill book. Simply add it your skill bar and perform it near the warpstone.

Got it, thanks! I didn't see the tabs at the bottom. I'm going unarmed so I didn't think to check that
