Bandit Keys? *Spoiler*

At the town where you have to rescue hostages, due to bandit over running it. Its where you get the Horn of Brittlebean spell. After rescuing the hostages and proceeding across the bridge a chest drops down that needs a bandit key to open. I've killed all bandits multiple times and looted everything lootable in the town and not a single bandit key. (there are a few chest in the down requiring bandit keys) Is this another unfinished part of the game or is it another bug not letting the keys drop or spawn?

The spawn rates for bandit chests are WAY lower than they should be! I'll revisit Brittlebean Hold soon and adjust the spawn rates for the special bandit chests (:

Just to clarify do you mean the chests or the keys? Cause the chest spawn rate seems fine just cant open them due to a lack of keys...

In my experience the chests are full of garbage anyway. I've opened 4 or 5 of them and there's never been anything noteworthy inside.

Dev, the problem is the KEYS. Im right now in this map, and mate, NO KEYS at all.
Ive killed everything, no keys, ive rescued everyone, no keys and no mission complete.
The castle also, feels too empty. I was expecting to meet a queen or king, but nothing. ( must say i love they way u make that huge place :D )

Also, let me add pls, im doing this run with Bow.
1.There is no arrows no where ( in this map, in many places you have barrels full of arrows, ofc, you can't touch them....)
2.When you buy them, you must buy 1 by 1. U cant buy in bundle. Take's time.

Yes. But i don't live from only skills. Not fun.

One of my characters has 4 bandit keys, another has 3 of them. I was killing a lot of bandits near the Stairs of Ersos yesterday - might have been an event but there were groups of about 12 to 15 just wandering about. I don't think I've ever had a bandit key drop in Brittlebean though, or if I did I didn't notice.

I rescued 15 hostages earlier today and the quest completed as normal.

When you buy anything and want a lot of it, double-click LMB on the item and hold. The quantity shoots up. For arrows I buy several hundred at a time, same with health potions, Mana potions I buy 100 and keep them topped up.

Another problem with Brittlebean is that after the 1st area it starts being difficult to tell where the bound hostages are and by the 3rd area its just impossible because the freed hostages still have their compass markers... I have yet to complete it because I get stuck trying to find the last few hostages my current record is 14/15 in area 3 and after running around trying to find the last turd for over 20 minutes I just gave up lol...

When i got there, i found the guy that gives the horn ( that i already had ) and also the quest.
Went inside castle, clean up. No mention of quest finish, i come back, bridge still up, 2-3 bandit chest to open and the guy that give the quest and talk about the bridge, no where to be found.

I just did this area and did not find any keys. I found four chests, but no way to unlock them.

The hostages in Brittlebean on my save are weirdly laggy. Like I know they are supposed to say things like "Thank You" or "I'm getting out of here" but their audio is muffled and laggy so instead they'll say "Thhhhaaannnkkk yooou" or "IIIII'mmmm ggggeeetttiiinnngg oooouuuutttt ooofff hhhheerreee"

Maybe they're dehydrated? xD
