Controls?

Last time I played a Hospital simulation it was theme hospital from bullfrog, in it you could rotate the furniture, rooms, ect. I thought this was similar or at least had alike functionalities, haven't found a way to rotate objects it in this title. Can someone tell me how I can gain more control to design my own hospital?
